How much time does shipping usually take?

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location.

Can I send a gift box directly to the recipient ?

Sure! Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout, and we'll deliver the gift box directly to them.

Can I return a gift box ?

If you are not fully happy with your order, we have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your gift box must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Do you offer shipping worldwide?

At this time, we exclusively ship to France, but we are actively exploring opportunities for expansion.

Can I add a personalised note to the recipient ?

Of course, simply add your note on the 'Order special instructions' section at the 'Check out' page. We'll add it to your gift box.

What's included in each gift box ?

Each gift box is carefully curated with high-quality essentials for babies and new parents. You can find details of items on each product page.

What products are offered in the box for parents?

Our boxes always include a small gift for mom, dad or both! Moms will enjoy a 'BEE IT' 100% nature origin moisturising and anti-age prevention face cream. Dads also have a 'BEE IT' body wash with naturally active biological ingredients with a regenerating action. Some boxes will also include a thermos bottle for each parent to enjoy long hot coffees!

Can I change the items in the box ?

Unfortunately, our boxes can't be personalised.
